Carl Lippenberger’s practice includes plaintiff and defense civil litigation, alternate dispute resolution, and outside general counsel services. Clients include individuals, small businesses, creditors, trustees, and trust and estate beneficiaries. He is experienced in matters involving contracts, torts, real estate, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates, employment, intellectual property, and construction.

Previously, he was a partner with Lippenberger, Thompson, Welch, Soroko & Gilbert in Corte Madera, California. Prior to that, he was a litigation attorney at Sheppard, Mullin Richter & Hampton and a litigation associate at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen. He also worked at Chevron Research Company as a Research Engineer and Senior Research Engineer prior to beginning his law practice.
